Sandra Annette Bullock is her full name.¹⁾

She was born on July 26, 1964, in Arlington, Virginia, to a family of musicians from Germany.²⁾

Her mother is Helga (Meyer), a German opera singer, and her father is John W. Bullock, an Alabama-based vocal teacher.³⁾

Bullock attended East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, to study acting but dropped out after just three courses.⁴⁾
